How do I get my document(s) translated?


Simple. First, you send us an email with the document(s) you require to be translated (attached or in the body of the email) plus any extra information such as the format you would like the end product to be in (Microsoft word™, Adobe Acrobat™ etc). We then send you an invoice stating the word count and the cost of the service. You then pay through Paypal's™ secure server using any credit or debit card. As soon as we have receipt of your payment the document(s) will be finished and sent to your email address within 3* days.


How long does it take to receive my translated document(s)?


Standard service is 3 days from when the payment has been received. We also offer an expedite service which takes 48 hours and a VIP service in which the customer will receive their documents within 24 hours.


Why don't you have any other languages listed?


We are located in China so we only offer Chinese (Simplified) language translations as we are not prepared to deliver anything other than an exceptional translation. We feel that if we were to offer other languages, we would be compromising the quality of our product and that is something we simply will not do.


What method of payment can I use and how do I know my payment is secure?


Your payment will be processed by the world-famous Paypal™. You can use almost any debit card or credit card - either personal or business. You will be required to add details, as with any online merchant, to verify that the card belongs to you. I'm not from an English-speaking country. Can I still use your service?


Yes. The beauty of the internet is that our business is open to anyone who has access to the web. As previously mentioned, we only offer English-Chinese(simplified) and Chinese(simplified)-English translation, but provided you would like to use this service it really does not matter what country you are from. Paypal™ accepts payments from a multitude of countries so yours is almost certain to be included.


Do you offer a proofreading service?


Yes. We do offer proofreading as an extra service, so please feel free to enquire for a free quote. Make sure to add any relevant details such as word count and if you would like a brief summary as to the meaning of the Chinese content.


I'm a student and I would really like to have pinyin included with my translation. Is this possible?


Yes. We can provide pinyin as an addition to the Chinese characters, however , there will be an additional cost associated with this which will be dependent on the overall word count. If you would like this service, please mention this in the body of your email so we can give you an accurate quote.
